SCA has launched its new three-year Strategic Plan. The strategy continues with a focus on four areas: Advocacy and Communications; Programme and Development; Partnerships and Engagement; and Governance and Management. Each area has its own set of objectives and outcomes, and the strategy’s implementation is set out in annual business plans, approved by the board of trustees.
