Fundraising for Archives

The Fundraising for Archives programme offers a range of guidance and e-learning resources for archive services and community archives. Topics and toolkits include financial planning, developing a strategy, bid writing and measuring outcomes.

Led by the National Archives, the programme was funded by a £477,000 grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund’s Catalyst programme, running from 2014-17, and delivered in partnership with SCA, the Archives and Records Association UK & Ireland (ARA-UK), the Museums, Archives and Libraries Division of the Welsh government (MALD) and the Public Records Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI).
