Matthew was born on the Isle of Lewis but in his interview, he reflects on how the pandemic and lockdown restrictions have allowed him the opportunity to contribute to his community in a new way. Despite the challenges of isolation during lockdown, he discusses how beneficial he found volunteering for the Point and Sandwick delivery service supporting vulnerable members of his community.
