The Scottish Council on Archives (SCA) is offering three funded places for students to attend its annual conference on 3rd November in Edinburgh.
Archives & Records at the Heart of Society will explore how archives and records underpin democracy, accountability, creativity, wellbeing & community.
Inspired by the theme of The National Archives’ new vision document, launched earlier this year, we want to highlight the impact of archives and records across every aspect of society. This year, we’re bringing together voices from across the sector to share how archives and recordkeeping contribute to a more transparent, vibrant and healthier society.
Whether you work in archives, records management, conservation, community archives, research, education, or policy — this conference is for you.
The call for papers is currently open. Full programme published: w/b 28th September.

Eligibility
Students must be currently enrolled in either:
Archives and Records Management course at University of Dundee or Archives, Records, & Information Management course at University of Glasgow.
