- A National Disaster Response and Preparedness Forum. This is designed to support the establishment of more regional networks across Scotland, help connect services, and provide up to date and relevant training to all.
- A Collections Management Software Consortium. Following the successful collective procurement of digital preservation software by several archive services in Wales, the SCA is scoping the possibility for a similar project in Scotland. This could be directed towards digital preservation or collections management depending on interest.
