Are you part of a community heritage group doing amazing work to preserve local history, traditions, or culture? This is your chance to shine!
We’re inviting digital posters for display at this year’s Community Archives and Heritage Group (CAHG) Conference – the first ever held in the North of England. Posters will be displayed on a large screen in the bustling Market Place at the University of Huddersfield – the heart of the conference and a hub for networking, refreshments, and great conversations.
The theme of the conference: Community voices, community heritage – preserving, sharing & celebrating diverse histories and traditions
This year, all submitted posters will also be part of an online digital exhibition on the Explore Your Archive website.
The exhibition will take place later in 2025, with poster contributors notified in advance. We’ll be promoting widely across our social media channels – so your work gets even more visibility!
To make the most of this opportunity, aim for strong visual impact. Be bold and creative – and get inspiration from the current digital exhibition and previous ones too.
