Turn Organisational Challenges into Opportunities for Stronger Records Management

The webinar will explore the modern challenges organisations face, such as sustainability targets, legal investigations cyber-attacks and hybrid working, and discuss how each of these issues can become an opportunity to elevate the role of records management.

Natali will present her thoughts on how improving records management can support organisations with reducing the impact of these challenges and provide attendees with some practical examples of risks and mitigation which they can present to senior management within their organisations.

Natali has worked in a records management role in the NHS for the past 10 years. At present she is supporting the implementation of Microsoft 365 across NHS Scotland’s 22 health organisations, ensuring that records management is considered at each stage of the digital transformation programme. She has previously held roles as the Chair of the NHS Scotland Records Management Forum and Programme Lead for the review of the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care for Scottish Government.
