The Scottish Council on Archives is delighted to share that you can now book tickets to attend the hybrid Scotland’s Community Heritage Conversations event, which will take place 20 September 2023 at the Engine Shed, Stirling. It will be a full-day event and starting and closing times will be advised in due course.
You can expect to see all the usual features of previous online conversations – a mixture of talks followed by Q&A, a panel discussion, and the popular One Minute Mayhem, a 60-second ‘open mike’ where attendees will have the chance to share news and updates from their own organisations and heritage projects – along with interactive workshops and plenty of networking opportunities. Speakers will be a showcase of community-led approaches to resilience, adaptation, collaboration and sustainability as we move forward into recovery and renewal.
The agenda is still in development, but you can find some of the themes that will be discussed on the event page. If you would like to contribute by presenting a talk, hosting a workshop, participating in the One Minute Mayhem or submitting a digital poster, you can do so until Friday 11 July.
