NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) of The Scottish Council on Archives, a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), is to be held online at 16:30 on Thursday 7 December 2023 to consider the following business:

AGENDA

1. Welcome and Apologies.
2. Report by the Chair on the activities of the SCIO.
3. Election of Trustees.
4. Report of the independent financial examiner and receiving of the annual accounts of the SCIO.
5. Appointment of the independent financial examiner.
6. Any other relevant business.
