NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) of The Scottish Council on Archives, a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), is to be held on Zoom at 16:30 on Monday 29 November 2021 to consider the following business:

AGENDA

1. Welcome and Apologies.
2. Report by the Chair on the activities of the SCIO.
3. Election of Trustees.
4. Report of the independent financial examiner and receiving of the annual accounts of the SCIO.
5. Appointment of the independent financial examiner.
6. Special Resolution to amend the existing SCIO Constitution by adopting a new SCIO Constitution in entire substitution, a copy of which can be viewed here.
7. Any other relevant business.
