Lorna is the CEO of the Harris Tweed Authority based on the Isle of Lewis which is a global brand which allows the labours of every weaver, dyer, blender, carder, spinner, warper, finisher and inspector involved in the process on Lewis to have their work distributed and appreciated globally. In her interview, Lorna discussed the impact of Covid19 on such a global business and the efforts and measures they implemented to withstand these challenges. Lorna also speaks of resilience both within the local community and the Harris Tweed community before offering a personal insight into how the pandemic impacted her day-to-day life on Lewis.
