Eileen who owns her owns film production company moved from Ayrshire to the Isle of Barra three years ago with her husband. Her interview offers a unique insight into the world of film production during such a turbulent time for the industry. Despite the inevitable challenges of lockdown, Eileen was kept busy studying for further health and social care qualification and experienced working in both a day-care and then a care home on Barra. Eileen talks about the tough restrictions still placed on her film production company and the complexity of the situation. She discusses the increasing number of commissions emerging after lockdown which are focusing on mental health and wellbeing with these issues being recognised now more than ever before.
