Active Learning

Drama techniques are best learned through practice. Use this resource to learn about three fairly straightforward techniques you can use to engage students, and read through the case studies and exemplar records. If you are new to these approaches try the one you feel is most appropriate and comfortable for you to start with, perhaps with a smaller group of students or a group you have worked with before.

From this page you can download workshop slides, guidance and resources with example activities to help you start thinking about how to use your archive for learning and outreach activities. If you would like to discuss your ideas, or any further support, feel free to contact us at
